It has been an exciting week for online gaming software providers, Microgaming, with the announcements of two new poker sites joining their online poker network (that currently powers over 40 virtual card rooms).

The first is an addition to the newly revamped sportsbetting site, Betdirect. A subsidiary to the popular gaming brand 32Red, Betdirect offers a wide range of betting services on a number of platforms and is proud to introduce poker as a product offering. Other additions to the newly upgraded site include a member chat service where they can communicate with one another and as well with BetDirect team, who offer tips and answers to any inquiries.

The second of the new Poker sites to join the Microgaming family is called BerserkPoker, a newly launched Norwegian site. BerserkPoker is excited to take advantage of all the great offerings that Microgaming has to offer, including some of the most aggressive tournament schedules available on the web today. They hope to become one of the top players in Nordic region and feel that Microgaming can help reach that goal.

"As poker continues to grow in popularity throughout Norway, we feel the time is right to make the move to the next level. By moving to the Microgaming Poker Network, we believe we can do this…" says Stein Hansen, Managing director at Berserkpoker.com.

Both these new poker rooms are sure to be hit. As mentioned, with over 40 card rooms in their network, the Microgaming software is able to offer the most aggressive poker tournament schedules on the web and they also ensure that players will always be able to find an active table.
